🌿Rest club, a deep stretch and sound bath experience, is meant to be a place where you can show up as you are and know you are worthy of rest. 🌿
🌿An invitation to be here now and to witness to you and your breath, this moment in time and nothing more.
What to expect?
We will begin our time together with a grounding journaling session, followed by meditation, to invite the body and mind into the space.
