About Us

Klaudia Paletta, Founder & Lead Teacher
Klaudia is a bilingual first-generation Mexican American yoga teacher and wellness facilitator dedicated to creating accessible wellness spaces for the Latinx community. As the founder of Pink Means Go, Klaudia focuses on bridging the gap in wellness by offering free and low-cost Spanish language yoga, chair yoga, and sound bath meditations throughout Los Angeles, Santa Barbara and Ventura counties.
Her passion for wellness began in her early 30s as a way to manage anxiety, and it grew into a mission to meet people where they are on their wellness journey. Since then, she has collaborated with many nonprofits, companies, and community organizations—including Latino Outdoors, Planned Parenthood, The City of Oxnard, Bell Arts Factory, The Port Of Hueneme and Family Services Agency—to introduce accessible yoga programs for underserved communities. In 2020, she began sharing chair yoga and breathing practices with her grandmother, which inspired her to help other Spanish-speaking elders access wellness practices. This led to the development of programs such as a four-week chair yoga series for seniors.
Her work is rooted in creating inclusive, culturally relevant wellness spaces, where everyone can feel welcome, supported, and seen. She believes that representation matters, especially in the wellness industry, where people of color are often underrepresented.
Through Pink Means Go and her work as a mentor to other Latina yoga teachers, she strives to cultivate a community of connection and empowerment
“Being a Latina in wellness is both an honor and a responsibility. I feel privileged to share yoga with my community, especially knowing how rare it can be to see ourselves reflected in these spaces."
