Klaudia Paletta, Founder,  Bilingual Wellness Facilitator

Klaudia Paletta is the founder of Pink Means Go a bilingual, culturally affirming wellness organization in Ventura County.

A first-generation Mexican American, certified E-RYT 200 yoga teacher, sound facilitator speaker, and  author of Sí Se Pudo: Celebration Journal, Klaudia came to this work through a deeply personal experience.

In 2020, she started sharing chair yoga and breathing practices with her abuelita and quickly realized that no wellness space existed for older Latinas to practice en español in a truly accessible way.

Today, Pink Means Go serves thousands of community members across Ventura,Los Angeles and Santa Barbara County through retreats, workplace wellness, bilingual yoga, and chair yoga for the 55+ community. Organizations like Planned Parenthood, Port of Hueneme, and the City of Oxnard trust Klaudia to show up for their teams.

Driven by the desire to be the mentor she never had, Klaudia openly shares the hard-won lessons from her own journey  equipping the next generation of Latina leaders with the tools to build from abundance, not burnout.

With over 1,000 hours of in-person teaching across five years, she brings both the lived experience and the professional credentials to create wellness experiences that actually reach people.

“Being a Latina in wellness is both an honor and a responsibility. I feel privileged to share yoga with my community, especially knowing how rare it can be to see ourselves reflected in these spaces."

Our Why

At Pink Means Go Wellness, we believe wellness should be accessible to everyone—especially those often left out of traditional wellness spaces.

We are committed to creating inclusive, and culturally affirming wellness experiences that meet individuals and communities where they are.

Our approach is:

Bilingual & Inclusive – All sessions are available in Spanish & English to serve diverse communities.

Trauma-Informed & Accessible – We provide  variations and gentle practices so everyone, regardless of ability, feels supported.

Designed for Impact – We work with organizations to foster mental, emotional, and physical well-being through mindful movement, breathwork, and sound healing.
