About
Pink Means Go is a culturally affirming wellness organization in Ventura County serving the Latine community and the organizations that serves them
Founded by Klaudia Paletta, a certified E-RYT 200 yoga teacher, sound facilitator, speaker, and author. Over the past 5 years Klaudia has logged 1,000+ hours of in-person teaching, served thousands of community members across Ventura, Santa Barbara and Los Angeles County and built long-term partnerships with organizations that keep coming back.
We specialize in bilingual, accessible wellness that meets people exactly where they are. In English and in Spanish.
We partner with organizations like Planned Parenthood, Port of Hueneme, and the City of Oxnard to bridge the gap between workforce burnout and collective resilience.
Through yoga, sound meditation , mindfulness, and mentorship, we help leaders and teams find Calma and build the capacity to sustain it.

Our Services
Available in Spanish and English

Mindfulness & Wellness Workshops
Available as stand alone sessions or as part of a monthly wellness series, each workshop is accessible, and grounded in the kind of cultural understanding that helps people feel supported and seen.
Topics include breath work and stress relief, mindfulness for burnout prevention, rest as a leadership practice, and culturally affirming wellness for Latine communities.

Sound Bath & Meditation Experiences
Our sound bath experiences use crystal singing bowls to guide your team or your community into deep rest and nervous system regulation. Available as a standalone corporate experience or as an add-on to any Rest Well at Work session.
In a world that rewards constant output, giving your team permission to stop and simply receive is one of the most powerful investments you can make.

Providers left feeling seen, appreciated, renewed, and many shared how grateful they were for a workshop designed just for them.

These wellness offerings have not only supported our staff’s mental and physical well-being but also helped foster a culture of care, inclusion, and balance within our organization.
