About
Pink Means Go is a Latina-owned, culturally affirming wellness company in Ventura County, bringing bilingual wellness to teams and to the organizations that serve our communities.
Founded by Klaudia Paletta, an E-RYT 200 yoga teacher, sound facilitator, and mindfulness facilitator, Pink Means Go grew from one belief: el bienestar es para nuestra comunidad. Klaudia has led 1,000+ workshops and classes across Ventura, Santa Barbara, and Los Angeles counties, and our partners keep coming back.
Your people are carrying a lot, and not every wellness program reaches all of them. Our sessions are led in English and in Spanish, so every team member can take part fully. No experience is needed. We meet people exactly where they are, often at their very first experience with yoga or sound healing.
Trusted by: Planned Parenthood, El Consulado de México en Oxnard, City of Oxnard, Port of Hueneme, Family Service Agency, Santa Barbara Botanical Gardens, and Latino Outdoors.
Through yoga, sound meditation, mindfulness, and mentorship, we help leaders and teams find Calma and build the capacity to keep it. Workshops, sound baths, and mindfulness sessions, on site or virtual.

Mindfulness & Wellness Workshops
Available as stand alone sessions or as part of a monthly wellness series, each workshop is accessible, and grounded in the kind of cultural understanding that helps people feel supported and seen.
Topics include breath work and stress relief, mindfulness for burnout prevention, rest as a leadership practice, and culturally affirming wellness for Latine communities.

Sound Bath & Meditation Experiences
Our sound bath experiences use crystal singing bowls to guide your team or your community into deep rest and nervous system regulation. Available as a standalone corporate experience or as an add-on to any Rest Well at Work session.
In a world that rewards constant output, giving your team permission to stop and simply receive is one of the most powerful investments you can make.

Providers left feeling seen, appreciated, renewed, and many shared how grateful they were for a workshop designed just for them.

These wellness offerings have not only supported our staff’s mental and physical well-being but also helped foster a culture of care, inclusion, and balance within our organization.
